"we have here on Saturday night the smoked garlic ciabatta with bulge butter the pimento filled green olives to have before our starters along with a few nice cocktails. the olives were really nice freshly tasting good quality oliven, the garlic ciabatta was good. the stater, which we used for the wild mushroom risotto Scotch-Ei, white wine sauce, this was very nice, although quite a large part for a beginner, but very tasty. I had the moules marinated, roasted ciabatta the muscheln were perfectly damped, although not very plump they still tasted great the cream white wine sauce perfection really good, although no roasted ciabatta brot only two pieces of French stock! the mains I chose the tempura crushed squid, old rec chips, tartaric acid sauce, petersilie marrow fat my wife chose the rare breed spring leaf of bark meat, kartoffels, buttered greens the feather blade of the bark meat was nice the meat was a little dry, but still the greens and kartosh well. the tempura haddock was disappointing the teig was not tempura it was a crispy dust when in eating tasteless worst broken fish I had ever had. the service was in order, but the main thing was not so good, really the tempura fish was not good at all. therefore I said that the small above-average precursors were good nets,"
