"Beautiful local products and very well thought-out menu. Excellent service and beautiful modern environment. Very fair prices. Obviously they're looking for a Michelin star. If I was to criticize, the execution was not always perfect. For example, our red Snapper secondi was very lightly boiled over, and when our Primi arrived, the vongole Pasta emulsification was a little dried out so that the pasta was a little clumsy. The vongole Pasta could also have been more tasteful from the sea, and I felt it was a little too subtle on the Blande. The menu was very ambitious, maybe they could reduce the number of dishes and concentrate even more on perfect delivery. I say this as a hard critic, and I would certainly return every day of the week and recommend it to everyone. But that would be the difference to bring it to a star in my opinion. Overall it was absolutely beautiful. Highlights were (actors) the local red shrimps with truffles, delivered to perfection and (primi) the asparagus pasta, which was divine and tasted from springtime. The intermezzi a kind of mushroom mousse ball that was deep in Cacao was a brilliant take on an arancino and was rich, velvety and tasty with a beautiful crunchy on the bowl; and a black rice crisp with a kind of ricotta sorbet. The bread, olive oil and the four were also really wonderful."
