"I visited Kent for breakfast and had a disappointing experience. The food was subpar, and the service was even worse. The staff member, a Turkish gentleman, spoke to us arrogantly and seemed uninterested in serving us properly. When I ordered my eggs, I specifically requested them to be fully cooked. However, when my order arrived, the eggs were not cooked as I asked. When I brought this up, the employee rudely told me, If you don 't like it, leave it; we won 't change it for you.
