We called straight away and were told that it wasn't available at the moment. It wasn't understandable why we didn't want the pizza anymore and he wanted to force us to get the voucher. After insisting that we wanted the money back, the driver came and we had to give him the pizza back. We tried several times on the phone to make it clear that it couldn't be the case that you weren't informed about it before delivery (we would have chosen someone else) and that Dominos simply didn't understand it. That was the last time.... Unfortunately I had to give one star..."
