"Not horrible but not good either. Depends on the day. I got the impression that food preparation and serving the customers is more a side thing, rather than priority for this restaurant. If they are not busy doing more important things like talking to their friends or relatives, you might get served within reasonable time and the food might be ok. Otherwise, they might ignore you for a while but you persevere eventually you'll get something prepared quickly and without much effort."
