"The bar for burger restaurants in Nürnberg has just been raised. A LOT! Shortly after this lovely place opened, we of course had to go and try it out! Upon entering you are standing in the middle of what looks like an old loft, with plenty of free space in the middle, and tables and seating booths to the far left and right of the spaceous room. Right across from the entrance is the counter/bar, where you can also sit and eat while watching the people cook in the halfway open kitchen. The atmosphere is that of a classy establishment, quiet lounge music is playing in the background and thanks to the arrangement of the table there is no chance of this place ever being too crowded. The food, despite it being just burgers, is also top notch. You can choose from a small variety of burgers some even with goat 's cheese, avocado, or quail eggs!! and sides and your usual array of what I like to call hipster drinks absolutely tasty lemonades and softdrinks, beer, etc. all of which are usually either fair trade, ecological or local. The burger itself was fantastic: a crispy yet not too crunchy bun, a homemade patty that is a tad smaller than the bun to make sure it can be grilled to medium but really thick, and some fresh vegetables the cheeseburger even had bell pepper on there!! . It was splendid and it 's definitely difficult to describe such scrumptious food without gushing! One of the owners himself served us at the table and ensured we had a fantastic time. It 's pretty clear they value high quality and great experience for the customer here.
