"In the morning I ordered a coffee and a cappuccino to go and had it written to my room, when I checked out I was told that 12.80 was still due, I thought that was quite a lot, so I went to the restaurant to ask again... and they explained to me that there were 2 espressos in the cappuccino, hence the price... according to the drinks menu, a total of around 9 euros, whatever, paid, never again! I felt ripped off."
