"After I used to go to the Cortina very often with my parents, I had the pleasure of returning here today. The food is still fully recommended. I had great scampi in Parma ham with tagliatelle, carrots and broccoli. The scampi and vegetables were perfectly cooked, the pasta was wonderfully al dente and everything was well refined with a delicately spiced pepper sauce. I would go so far as to say that having lived in Hamburg for more than 12 years now I have never eaten such good scampi anywhere! And even though Antonio has now moved into the background of the kitchen, he was more than worthy of being represented by his son Gian Luca this evening. The restaurant was very busy and yet the service was very attentive and quick. Gladly again at any time! Kind regards to Antonio, his sons and the Cortina team!"
