"Excellent service. We arrived to watch Rangers on Sky Sports. The staff member ensured a few of the TV's were switched to show the game then gave us our very own table with a perfect view. Table service thereafter, with neither of us have to get up, except for the moment Rangers scored and I was up jumping about like an idiot in celebration. Superb customer service. Only negative is the necessary long walk to the toilet through the adjoining Marriot hotel, where hotel staff seem to think it's OK to look down on customers from the bar as if they shouldn't be there."
