"I'm not sure why this Chipotle consistently performs poorly. The restaurant often appears dirty, with greasy floors, and the food is frequently not up to standard, particularly the salad, brown rice, and steak. To top it off, the staff is incredibly rude. This is easily the worst Chipotle I've ever visited. My wife and I decided to give it another shot, despite our past disappointments, and once again, the experience was far from pleasant. My wife specifically asked for brown rice and not steak, yet the server still piled on an excessive amount of meat. When she requested extra sour cream, the server exaggeratedly dumped large spoonfuls into her bowl, making it look almost ridiculous. Given that this restaurant is located in an otherwise lovely area, I’m really shocked by the poor quality of service and food."
