"I used to be a customer to Lucky Brothers but probably is the last time I go in this place. The food quality was good, just slightly lower than before but the service was awful: when we arrived sharp on time the table wasn’t ready and they cleaned up in a rush. We had to wait 30 minutes to take order for both food and drinks. 1h after finally food arrived but not the beer and the order taken was wrong. The cherry on the cake is that they didn’t apply any discounts despite showing them the email with the reservation and the promotion applied: “the discount applies only to the grillade” they said that was quite different then what was written in the promo “applies to the menu a la carte”. Pity because used to be a good place but surely never again."
