"we only came to the one man chairlift to find that it didn't work because they had stopped it 2 days before. I made my reservation online and they had all my contact details, but no one contacted us to inform us that the chairlift was no longer running. we were informed only after the barring of the restaurant. we said we had to order a taxi to get to the restaurant. we ordered a taxi and we pay 35 euro for a 2 minute drive to the restaurant. we could not go on the sled, either because of snow shortage, I could understand this because they have no control over the weather, but the chairlift was completely under their control. very disappointed. would not recommend anyone."
