"I feel completely ripped off. I ordered 500g of baklava for €29.87, hoping to get fresh baklava of great quality for the price. Baklava delivered was industrial goods sealed in plastic packaging. How can you be so bold? Fresh baklava costs around €20 for 500g and I paid €10 more and got industrial goods?! Absolute impudence!"
