It was completely unchewable, very sharp and raises serious food safety concerns What is even more disappointing is the dismissive attitude of the on-site staff, including the manager and kitchen team, who showed no willingness to acknowledge or take responsibility for the issue. I expected far better from a brand that promotes health, quality, and trust. Moreover the manager said very casually that it can happen to anyone. We serve 100 people and make 100 bowls so this can happen. If you cant take responsibility to serve 100 people just DO NOT SERVE This incident could have resulted in serious injury, and I urge you to treat it with the gravity it deserves.
