"The restaurant was well decorated and provided us with English menus which was helpful. However the waitress was rude and told us to “be quicker” while we ordered as she “had to serve other people”. The drinks took far too long to arrive and when...we needed more she couldn’t be found. During our visit one waitress burst into tears due to the hostess who kept exclaiming how busy the restaurant was (even though it was half empty). After waiting 1.5hrs and getting 3 dishes between 9 people, we decided that we should leave and try our luck at McDonalds instead. Seriously on a busy day, like Street Parade in Zürich, a lot more planning could’ve avoided the awful service we received."
