"We are regular customers, we liked it very much at first, but the quality of the restaurant has deteriorated a lot. We live in the area and therefore eat there 3-4 times a week or order there to be picked up. That's why we're writing this review 1. Ambiance Furnishings: looks inviting and cozy from the outside -Toilet very unhygienic -unpleasant smell from the toilet throughout the restaurant (no cleaning? -Asian music was extremely loud 1/5 __________________ 2. Service young lady is always very nice Smiles and is friendly, attentive and helpful gives her honest opinion about food and makes recommendations -unfortunately the main waitress is ill and still works -Lack of employees? (It can't be that she's there every day -you really have to wait an extremely long time for food, especially sushi (only eat there if you can wait more than 30 minutes for your food... 3/5 3. Quality of the food Food looks visually appealing taste wise it's okay Food selection is varied (unfortunately too much, hence waiting times -the second time we had lots of fruit flies in our food!!!!! -Quality has deteriorated, no longer tastes as good as it did at the beginning -Food is now often undercooked or overcooked -as mentioned above, you really wait too long for the food -Appetizers sometimes only come after the main course.... -the entire restaurant smells like a toilet! The food tastes the same... 0/5 4. Value for money The price is actually fair, but if you have insects in your food and waited 30 minutes beforehand, then it's rather bad 0/5 5. Cleanliness and hygiene -as mentioned above, toilet is unreasonable! -Smells spread throughout the store I DON'T WANT TO KNOW WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE IN THE KITCHEN???!!! It's a shame, it used to be really good... 0/5 6. Overall impression and recommendation The restaurant was really great at the start time. We have been eating there several times a week since August and have taken food with us. The drinks were ok too. Recently I can't recommend it, I think they have overworked employees and understaffed staff. Serving such poor quality after waiting over 30 minutes is unreasonable. Unfortunately you have lost us as regular guests."
