It specializes on the Blunzen (Blutwurst, black pudding or blood sausage in English) which they prepare in a variety of ways, all of them great, but...also serve a large variety of other local favorites. The Beer and Wine selection also offers something for all tastes, and all for a very reasonable price. A great place to experience the fantastic Viennes kitchen off the beaten track."
