"PAUL is a MUST for discriminating palates and all those who truly enjoy refined, innovative cuisine and the wines to match. Get there before Michelin does and gives them a star--for now, it is very reasonably priced as well. Everything from the bread (absolutely delicious! ...and the free hors-d'oeuvres to the cheese we ordered at the end was exquisite. The service is impeccable--even when something goes wrong it's instantly corrected without the slightest objection. We've been fine-dining within a medium budget for decades in Western Europe, and PAUL will remain in memory as one of our best finds. Let the sommelier choose wines to accompany each dish and you'll be amazed. The only little detail we would change is the bar-stool like seating downstairs (where we were : not terribly comfortable and serves no purpose. But others might see that differently."
