"I would 100% recommend this restaurant to anyone! Small gem next to the Lausanne's Cathedral.The service is very kind, maybe you can wait 5-10 minutes because the owner is serving alone the tables, but the quality of the food definitely worths waiting. We had a very particular and tasty salad, followed by probably the best fagottini I've ever tried. They were fagottini with tartufo and safran sauce with slices of Prosciutto crudo, the combination was fantastic.The price is fair for Swiss stardard, and especially if related to the quality of the dishes.I am more than happy to come back to this restaurant, and I will for sure!"
