"We were generally happy that we actually got a seat in the crowded restaurant. After a very long wait (almost 90 minutes) for our food, the waiter didn't even offer any kind of apology. The waiters kept dropping things, until finally, a tray of wine glasses landed right behind my companion's chair. My jacket was soaking wet and smelled of alcohol, which didn't stop the waitress from mopping the floor and making me feel like I was sitting in the way. Not a word of apology or asking if I might have gotten a bit of something... Then, tipsy guests sit down at the next table, and you have to put up with them, making eyes at the waitress in their drunken state and promising her a generous tip if she brings me a round or two on the house. I had a wonderful day in Leipzig that will stay with me forever, which I unfortunately can't say about my visit to this restaurant."
