About 2 weeks later, I made another attempt at the McDrive. As already described above, very long waiting times, driving directly to the counter without a reaction. Informed the "lady" at the counter about the annoying wait, snappy response, no sign of apology. After telling her the desired order (2x chicken burger, 9-piece Chicken McNuggets), she asked if I wanted to make a meal from the nuggets, with a drink and fries. I confirmed this. Due to the longer production time, I was asked to drive to the waiting area. There I waited again for about 10 minutes before the described "lady" slowly ambled to the car. In the future, I will check every bag for its contents, one should no longer trust people. Fries were missing. So I drove another round in the drive-thru, where the "lady" greeted me again very joyfully (ironically). When I mentioned that the fries were missing, the response was only: You didn't want a meal. But just this once, I'll give you the fries. For me, this is zero service! The staff should at least understand German and be able to move reasonably quickly, after all, it's called a fast food restaurant. But even with friendliness, many have problems. I will definitely not visit this McDonald's again. As a tip: If you have 10 minutes more, it's best to go to the nearest branch on Eiffestraße. Much friendlier, more accommodating, and always error-free so far!! Unfortunately, I had to give one star..."
