"In this business, mistakes happen to everyone A bad day happens, we are restaurateurs ourselves and we always have an understanding for such things, but we had to react to this because we have not seen such a dose of unprofessionalism and rude behavior even in the worst places we have been, it is a waiter of Croatian origin, who At the beginning, when we asked if they would start with something sparkling, he tried to pour us an expensive champagne, we refused and he became visibly rude, but we didn't care about that at that moment, but we told him to recommend us up to 100 euros (which is certainly not small). he then said that he was going to the warehouse to see what was available and that he would bring more bottles, in the end he brought one bottle that didn't suit us, so we told him to wait a little while until we have a friend who knows better the wines that you have in the restaurant that he will soon send us something to drink, at that he again carelessly rolled his eyes, after a minute the friend sent us a suggestion, and then we wanted to order, but since then he told us to wait, passing by next to our table, as if we weren't there, he brought us the food we ordered (even the wrong one), to give you an impression of how long this rudeness lasted, we ate the whole meal, and he was still talking to us to wait, he didn't even bring us water, in the end, when we went to pay and complained about the service, he said that it was crowded and that he didn't arrive (2 waiters work for less than 25 guests). Unfortunately, someone put a lot of effort into everything. the pizza was good, the wine list is extensive, but we definitely have to react like this if people like this compromite our business"
