Every dish that came to the table was a successful mix of tradition and craftsmanship. The wine list? A well considered selection that should satisfy even the most critical connoisseur without seeming arrogant. The service was excellent: attentive, friendly, and right to the point. No unnecessary questions, no long waits – just the way you want it. The innkeeper himself deserves special mention. Coming from Baden, he brought a noticeable warmth that immediately created a pleasant atmosphere. It's the kind of hospitality that's rare to find today and that made the evening special.
