"We have been visiting this McDonald 's location with our kids about once a week for several years. For several months we have noticed that something is always forgotten with every order. Sometimes it 's the toys for our kids ' HappyMeals, or the sauces we ordered, or even fries, etc. On our last four visits, something was always forgotten. Today it happened again, both toys and the snack salad were forgotten. When the complaint was made, it was promised that the snack salad would be delivered in a few minutes. After 20 minutes and after we had already eaten the snack salad had still not been delivered, so I complained about it at the checkout. The employee responsible, who also had the cash register authorization for complaints, was obviously very annoyed by it, didn 't have a friendly look and didn 't feel the need to apologize for the mistake... I would like to make a particularly positive mention of the employee Harald , who is responsible for cleaning, serving and table deliveries. We have known the nice gentleman for some time because he is almost always there when we come to eat with our kids. Harald always greets in a very friendly manner, even asks if everything is okay and his always calm and friendly manner definitely improves the atmosphere in this branch. We will continue to be able to do so on a weekly basis, but we would like at least the processes to be checked, because in system catering, where every individual process is precisely defined, such errors should not happen with such frequency.
