"It was supposed to be 6 pizzas and 2 salads, but only got 5 pizzas and 2 salads. After calling that a pizza was missing, it was immediately confirmed that it had not been baked at all (but it was on the bill). After asking to deliver this missing pizza, they said that there was no driver available. So we had to drive the 12km ourselves and pick up the pizza. There was not even the word “sorry” on the phone or when we picked it up, let alone a small amount of compensation. This is really shabby. Pizzas were all cold and soggy until we could eat!
