"We have reserved a table for the evening. When we arrived we were told we still had to wait. The waiter was very unfriendly. We then stood at the entrance. Other people came and they weren't even noticed. Then four people came in again without a table reservation and were immediately served and given a table. We, who had reserved, had already been standing at the entrance for 20 minutes. The three of us should have sat at a small table for two. No thanks, we then went somewhere else to eat. The basement was just unfriendly. We won't go to this restaurant again."
