"A total lack of Humanity is what I experienced this morning at the Café du Marché when I found myself in a difficult situation. I was returning home when my bladder was failing me so in distress I hurried inside and asked for the favor of using the toilet. The person who answered me, probably the owner, first looked me over from head to toe and then told me that this was not possible because the police were expected because of the theft. I must say that I did not believe this excuse but I hastily left the place without replying. So now, although I haven't consumed anything, I want to leave my testimony. Indeed, I have traveled a lot around the world and have never had to face such a lack of compassion and humanity. I also find it really distressing that such a situation happened in my own city. I end now by sharing this reflection: it is good to avoid judging a person by their appearances and to open your heart to receive them simply, with respect. Nadia Hiltbrand"
