"We went to Locarno for a long weekend. In the past we went regularly to La Chiesa because of the great food, quality and owners. This time we recognized that the concept changed. New lamps, new terrace and new food menue and new waiters. Already from the start we were amazed by the amuse bouche. Rarely we were splashed in other restaurants. The starter (tagliolino with Rogen, basil pesto) was a dream. Afterwards the fish was delicious. All made from natural ingredients and of course handmade. Jimmi, the waiter with his assistant made you also unforgettable wine recommendations. The service is outrageous always super professional and very kind with a smile on their face. The terrace is a one of its class. You feel like on vacation surrounded by the mountains and you don’t ever want to leave. Thank you very much for a perfect dinner, service and scenery.
