"This morning they have forgotten my doughnut from the order, which I have politely told the cashier, showing my receipt. Without a word, he grabbed one with a napkin (not even the one I ordered) and dropped it on my tray. He didn't use a tong, nor was it put into any sort of packaging, just the napkin. I also haven't heard an apology and he threw away my receipt so I couldn't fill out the feedback survey. As a former McDonald's employee myself, this is so far below standards that it's insulting. Train your staff."
