"Someone in a preview comment to this place said he was treated very roughly since he got in with the AssietteGenevoiseApp.... now, whether that was a very unfortunate day for him or else his comment has provoked an immediate effect in the staff behavior. We came with the AssietteGenevoiseApp and we were treated like sultans. The waiters always found the time to explain us in detail every dish and wine that was served. What is more they were extremely accommodating an flexible in adapting to our request. Without asking they told us that with the AssietteGenevoiseApp we could order different menu (there are 4) and eventually switch dishes and deserts if needed. Now, in other fine dining places where I have been lately that was never the case: you always had to fight your way through to understand which dishes exactly were included in the AssietteGenevoiseApp and what was the margin of flexibility. Having said that dishes were overall very good: some exceptional (like the shrimps' tails) other more standard. Yet, vegetables were always a delightful presence: the chef was very creative in combining them with meat and fish. Plenty of nice ideas (like the artichokes purè). Wine choice was also satisfying. One glass was offered to us and we got also a surprise pre-desert that was probably even better that the desert itself. Life music in a quiet Friday evening was the icing on the cake.
