Unfortunately we arrived 8 minutes late and the waiter with glasses and blonde hair said to us in a stressed and unfriendly manner that the table would be reassigned after 10 minutes. We then showed him the cell phone with the time showing that we were only 8 minutes late. Nevertheless, the waiter said that he had already given the table and that we should wait 40 minutes. I realize that if you arrive late to a reserved table, the seat will be given up again and that would be totally fine with me. The only thing that bothers me is the way it was explained to us and it was also contradictory. For me, this is not a customer-focused way of working. For example, the waiter could have offered us to order à la carte, but this was not the case. I won't visit the place again."
