Would they be ready to try beef sweetbreads in lemon sauce with capers, veal kidneys in a mustard sauce, pig cheeks in burgundy wine, or pig or veal intestines in sausages? Those who are daring enough to try will need to come here since it would be hard to find such fare easily back in the U.S.That evening, I decided on getting frog legs sautéed in wine and garlic (fairly large, tasty, and moist), and my friend ordered the sweetbreads. They both were excellent.I loved this place and will go back again and ask for the same excellent local wine served with that evening's meal."
