"As I'm nothing but a huge fan of the Are Electronica, anything related to its center or programs is having a specific meaning and value for me. But in this case I hope I can be objective as well as this restaurant is only located at its top and run by unrelated service providers. I don't know how but for years now the Cubus is successful in being appropriate counterpart of the AE centre. It became gradually its organic element and, as such, it offers as good food as our minds, attitudes and spirits are blown away by the AE's content. Generally speaking, its food is a sort of fusion but in a very original, almost unique way. There are glimpses of local cuisine following global trends, vegans' approach and all possible ingredients nothing is here forbidden or not welcomed. I ate so many varieties from regular menu or pre ordered dinners that I can't single out anything particular. I would suggest rather to be open minded exactly in the same way as exploring floors below."
