"I was part of a group of 10 and the server never took my order and 40 minutes later realized I wasn't drinking. Not that difficult to go around the group sitting together, count how many people vs. Orders taken. And when we did order, the server assumed the change was a tip and didn't give me my change. After I asked for it he stated he had given it to me. I showed him my wallet that only had large bills but no small bills like I'd have if my change had been returned. And the lounge doesn't open until midnight? Should open it a little earlier. Like 11 or 10p."
