"We were in Zurich on a national holiday and a lot of places were closed. We were so happy to find this place open. From the sign displaced on the outside, we were a bit nervous that this was a tourist trap catered toward the Americans but this was not the case at all. We had salmon sandwich and an assortment of cold salad dishes. Everything was tasty and we did not think the prices were unreasonable by Switzerland standard. The place was very clean and comfortable. The service was efficient and the ladies behind the counter were all very kind and friendly. There was a big tank of tap water for customers to help themselves; this was much appreciated as some places were charging people for tap water. We really had a great experience there."
