"On September 14th I ordered a Jumbo Pizza Curry from World of Pizza, which was delivered at 10:55 p.m. Unfortunately, I discovered a large hair in the pizza, which completely spoiled my appetite. I immediately called customer service and described the incident. Instead of exchanging the pizza, I was only offered a credit of €7, even though the pizza cost €28.90. I find this compensation disproportionate to the annoyance and lack of hygiene caused. As a long-time customer, I am very disappointed in the way this complaint was handled and hope that World of Pizza handles such incidents more responsibly in the future."
