"RUN AWAY !!!!! Get ready : So, I ordered via Justeat last night at 7:55 p.m. After 1h15 of waiting and finding the situation strange, I tried to call the restaurant about fifteen times and I got no response from them. So I made a complaint that I had not received the order. Approximately 1h30 of time had passed. About 5 minutes after making the claim I received a call from the delivery man telling me that he was sorry and that he had been stopped by the police, he asked me if I still wanted the order, so I asked him if it was still warm and how long it would take to deliver it because I had to leave. He told me he had enough for 5 minutes max and that it was still hot. So I agreed that he would deliver it. Obviously after 5 minutes no one was there. I waited 15 minutes I tried to call the delivery man he no longer answered me. He sent me a text message telling me he’s coming. I wrote a text message that I wanted to cancel the order. I also received a call from the restaurant in the meantime where I said I wanted to cancel the order, the person on the phone said ok. A moment later the delivery man still arrives (2 hours of waiting in total at my home with the order, telling my husband "that 's free because there was a really long delay, the restaurant will call you tomorrow” so my husband took the order because the delivery guy explicitly said it was free. so logically this means a refund of the order. Today around 8 p.m., I received a call from the restaurant. He calls me thinking I called them. I told them no but that they were supposed to call me back following the incident the day before. So she puts her superior on the phone to me. And then the gentleman tells me that the delivery man never said that we were going to be reimbursed but that we would have the next order free. my companion and I try to explain to him that this is in no way what the delivery man said because we would not have accepted since I never wanted to have anything to do with them again. He tells us that he has a recording which proves that his delivery person said what he claims (as a reminder, this is a violation of the penal code art. 179bis and 179ter . We tell him that in this case we would like to listen to the recording. He gets angry, tells us that we are dishonest, that we must be correct, etc. We are left speechless! as if we were people trying to scam the restaurant owner! After a long conversation where we tried to prove our good faith despite the lessons he gave us, he told us that we would receive the refund. A few minutes later I receive a call from the delivery man and the restaurant but I hadn 't seen the calls so I call the restaurant back and he asks me what I want, I tell him that he called me he tells me that OK, OK, we 'll refund you, I was talking and he hung up on me. Anyway, I 'm speechless. The dishes were cold and had nothing really Thai about them! I don 't know what 's going on in this restaurant but there 's something wrong. (you should know that the restaurant is 6 minutes by car from my home...! My companion and I are really people who could understand it if the restaurant owner had been courteous and kind in apologizing and telling us that the delivery man expressed himself badly we would have even been ready to accept this change but this is out of the question! I want to be reimbursed as what was concluded and nothing else. The food is not good, and the manager is dishonest, insulting and disrespectful! Shame on you ! don 't be surprised if your restaurant sinks! I advise everyone not to keep your money! I should have read the comments first."
