"I went to have dinner with some friends and we stopped by chance at Tao restaurant. I honestly didn't expect such a good experience, it was just amazing! There is a great choice of revisited asian dishes, from Indian cuisine to Thai and Chinese one. The salmon with lemongrass is just delicious and the coctails and wines are tasty. The service was efficient even if the restautant was full and the waiters were really friendly! The atmosphere is cosy and the decor is tasteful and original. Amazing discovery, I highly recommend this restaurant and I'll be back!"

"Venus à deux avec le passeport gourmand. L 'accueil a été charmant et le service est rapide et très pro. Le restaurant est propre, sobre, la terrasse est vaste et agréable. En entrée, raviolis de porc vapeur. J 'ai l 'habitude de ce plat et il était ici au dessus de la moyenne. Quelques Makis au saumon, très bon. En plat, j 'ai voulu savoir si le canard pékinois simple du canard non entier était servi avec des crêpes de façon traditionnel . Ca n 'a posé aucun problème et on me l 'a proposé spontanément. Le canard et ses accompagnements étaient très bon, nettement au dessus de la moyenne pour ce plat de luxe qui, généralement, est à privilégier dans les restaurant haut de gamme. Globalement, une belle découverte, assez nettement au-dessus de mes attentes. Je recommande."

"RUN AWAY !!!!! Get ready : So, I ordered via Justeat last night at 7:55 p.m. After 1h15 of waiting and finding the situation strange, I tried to call the restaurant about fifteen times and I got no response from them. So I made a complaint that I had not received the order. Approximately 1h30 of time had passed. About 5 minutes after making the claim I received a call from the delivery man telling me that he was sorry and that he had been stopped by the police, he asked me if I still wanted the order, so I asked him if it was still warm and how long it would take to deliver it because I had to leave. He told me he had enough for 5 minutes max and that it was still hot. So I agreed that he would deliver it. Obviously after 5 minutes no one was there. I waited 15 minutes I tried to call the delivery man he no longer answered me. He sent me a text message telling me he’s coming. I wrote a text message that I wanted to cancel the order. I also received a call from the restaurant in the meantime where I said I wanted to cancel the order, the person on the phone said ok. A moment later the delivery man still arrives (2 hours of waiting in total at my home with the order, telling my husband "that 's free because there was a really long delay, the restaurant will call you tomorrow” so my husband took the order because the delivery guy explicitly said it was free. so logically this means a refund of the order. Today around 8 p.m., I received a call from the restaurant. He calls me thinking I called them. I told them no but that they were supposed to call me back following the incident the day before. So she puts her superior on the phone to me. And then the gentleman tells me that the delivery man never said that we were going to be reimbursed but that we would have the next order free. my companion and I try to explain to him that this is in no way what the delivery man said because we would not have accepted since I never wanted to have anything to do with them again. He tells us that he has a recording which proves that his delivery person said what he claims (as a reminder, this is a violation of the penal code art. 179bis and 179ter . We tell him that in this case we would like to listen to the recording. He gets angry, tells us that we are dishonest, that we must be correct, etc. We are left speechless! as if we were people trying to scam the restaurant owner! After a long conversation where we tried to prove our good faith despite the lessons he gave us, he told us that we would receive the refund. A few minutes later I receive a call from the delivery man and the restaurant but I hadn 't seen the calls so I call the restaurant back and he asks me what I want, I tell him that he called me he tells me that OK, OK, we 'll refund you, I was talking and he hung up on me. Anyway, I 'm speechless. The dishes were cold and had nothing really Thai about them! I don 't know what 's going on in this restaurant but there 's something wrong. (you should know that the restaurant is 6 minutes by car from my home...! My companion and I are really people who could understand it if the restaurant owner had been courteous and kind in apologizing and telling us that the delivery man expressed himself badly we would have even been ready to accept this change but this is out of the question! I want to be reimbursed as what was concluded and nothing else. The food is not good, and the manager is dishonest, insulting and disrespectful! Shame on you ! don 't be surprised if your restaurant sinks! I advise everyone not to keep your money! I should have read the comments first."

"Wir buchten einen Tisch an diesem Ort bei einem kürzlichen Aufenthalt von 3 Nächten in Genf, weil wir chinesisches Essen lieben. Es hat uns nicht enttäuscht! "Gut gelegen, wahrscheinlich das chinesische Restaurant am nächsten zum Cornavin Bahnhof. Die Peking-Ente war perfekt und der gebratene Reis war der beste Reis, den ich je in einem chinesischen Restaurant hatte. "Dieses Restaurant ist in meiner Nachbarschaft und liegt an einer belebten Straße, ich nehme an, kann wirklich viele Kunden einladen. Es wird auch von asiatischen Leuten betrieben also wirklich kein Platz für einen Fehler. Ich habe mein Essen mitnehmen das Interieur war nicht einladend, aber ich würde es wirklich dort essen, trotz der Tatsache, dass das Hotel einfach war es kann einfach sein wie es ist aber das Essen war nicht essbar. Ich bestellte knuspriges Hühnchen, das es tut mir leid, nicht frisch. Sogar meine Kinder hatten das Gefühl, dass etwas nicht stimmte. Süßes und saures Hühnchen war auch nicht besser, das Fleisch wurde wahrscheinlich vor langer Zeit zubereitet. Vegetarische Frühlingsrollen durchschnittlich aber insgesamt bin ich sehr enttäuscht. Ich hätte nichts dagegen, mehr zu bezahlen (wir zahlten ca. CHF 60 für 3), wenn die Qualität gut und das Essen frisch war. Ich werde nicht mehr dorthin gehen, zu riskant."

"Wir bestellen regelmäßig zum Mitnehmen in diesem Restaurant. Als ich um 21:30 Uhr anrufe, antwortet mir eine Dame und teilt mir mit, dass ich alleine bin. Nachdem ich mein Menü bestellt habe, wird mir gesagt, dass ich warten soll, während sie mit dem Koch auf Chinesisch spricht. Sie drängt mich dazu, eine Vorspeise oder ein Dessert zu bestellen, aber ich lehne ab, da ich weiß, dass ich es nicht essen werde. Nach weiterem Warten teilt sie mir mit, dass der Koch bereits aufgeräumt hat und es zu wenig ist, um noch einmal zu kochen. Ich bin schockiert über die Unprofessionalität und dass sie um 22:00 Uhr schließen und sich weigern, mich zu bedienen, weil ich nicht genug bestellt habe. Als ich erwähne, dass sie einen Kunden verlieren werden, antworten sie unhöflich am anderen Ende der Leitung. Das Essen ist okay und relativ preiswert, aber der Service lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Art und Weise, wie sie mit mir am Telefon gesprochen haben, war katastrophal."

"Insgesamt gutes Essen und Service, obwohl es nicht das beste chinesische Restaurant war, das ich in Genf ausprobiert habe. Die Krabben- und Spargelsuppe war für meinen Geschmack etwas zu salzig. Die kleinen saftigen Brötchen waren nicht so saftig; die Haut war ein wenig zu dick; und sie wurden mit Sojasauce statt Essig serviert, was für mich ein Muss für saftige Brötchen ist. Aber die Auberginenauflauf war sehr gut, wenn auch etwas ölig, aber sehr lecker. Der Tee wurde in einer Tasse statt in einem Topf serviert. Insgesamt war die Erfahrung gut."

"Ich kann es nur empfehlen. Wir hatten das Plat du Jour, Potage du Ravioli und die Ingwer-Garnelen. Mein Mann hatte die Suppe und das Rindfleischgericht. Alles war ausgezeichnet, das Essen war wunderschön präsentiert, der Service war sehr effizient und schnell, obwohl das Restaurant ziemlich voll war. Ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
