"Under normal circumstances I would have given top marks in all categories. The food was excellent, the service was very friendly and quick. What is not possible at all and is completely unacceptable is that, despite having a reservation, when you arrive you are told that you only have 30-40 minutes to eat because there are so many guests today. This was said to every guest during our visit on 12/31/24 at 6:30 p.m. We felt completely under pressure and the cosiness of a New Year's Eve dinner was absolutely missing. A simple solution would be to simply not accept so many reservations! The form chosen here was completely unacceptable."
