"Have known and eaten here since 2009, so have been a regular customer for quite some time. The quality is good, the ingredients are fresh and the staff are friendly. Last time, I even got a voucher for a really good promotional deal. However, in the summer, the store is unbearably hot and stuffy. There is no air con or circulation. The last time I visited, the staff cleaned the store 1h before closing time and no one was allowed to sit upstairs or use the bathroom anymore, even though it was a Saturday evening and there was a constant come and go. This doesn't sit right with me. If your store is still open for another full 1h you should let customers sit inside and not force them outside when it is April and still rather chilly.
