"Ich habe 7 Minuten auf einen Bigtasty und eine Cola gewartet. Das neue System scheint nicht wirklich effizient zu sein. Für den Bigtasty wurde das kleinere McChicken-Brötchen verwendet, was natürlich dazu führte, dass alles herausfiel. Das Personal schien etwas verwirrt über die Bestellungen zu sein. Als ehemaliger Crew-Trainer hätte Mystershopper hier definitiv keine gute Bewertung gegeben."

"I paid for an ice cream which was illustrated in large format on the terminal and the price was expensive. Here is what I was given, look at the photos, is this the real format? Normally the ice exceeds the cup as in the photo? Once at the counter I was told that it was the large format. I asked to see the little one and it's not the same as on the terminal. It’s shameful for the price I paid!!!! No commercial gesture"
