Last time I ate BBQ spare ribs and they were delicious! a good BBQ sauce not the horrible tasteless one and the ribs were well-cooked it wasn 't equal to the real americans BBQ spare ribs but it 's close very close . my mates took Calf and beef and they told us that it was delicious. The place is in the center of Lausanne and the restaurant is decorated in a American Far West style wich goes very well with a steakhouse : If you love high quality meat and you live in Lausanne, don 't think just go there!"
