"I placed a larger order through Foodora last night because my mouse and I were still hungry. In order to keep the payment a little more convenient, I would choose to pay with a card/debit card for delivery. Full of anticipation for the meal, I went to the door when the doorbell rang, only to immediately encounter my first dilemma, as they don't seem to offer card payment at all. However, I know that it was probably just for the convenience of the delivery person not having to drive back to the restaurant. (From our own circles) Without thinking about the little Fuppa for long, we opened the food and discovered that a few things like chicken strips were burnt. Conclusion: I know it was a little later than I ordered, but I don't know if that's the right way to approach customers... And whether it wouldn't perhaps have been better to reject the order instead of not delivering the promised quality to the customer.
