"It almost comes as a rule in Geneva restaurants that you pay much for poor service... But this one was hilarious. Seems difficult to find decent employees. This place had potential, I visited few times, but wont do it soon. Example from today was that I wanted a quick coffee in outside area at 10:30. It was the only outside area in shade. Waitress said it was not possible as they serve lunch there at 12. I will repeat - at 12, and it was 10:30. She "had to prepare tables". Thats a job of 10 mins. No customer service approach definitely. She couldnt care less. But, typical for local restaurants staff, she is always ready to argue. For that, she does have time... So sad, as place has a nice location, and few nice people working there in evening hours."
