"We are outraged. After previously very positive experiences, we now wanted to eat there again. It was definitely the last time. After we had to wait 30 minutes in what was actually a very manageable queue, which was definitely due to the speed of service and no special requests from the guests, when we finally made it to the counter we were told there by a very unfriendly service person that the loaves have been empty for a long time. New ones would be available in 15 minutes at the earliest because not enough had been thawed. When politely asked why this couldn't have been communicated earlier, before people had to accept this waiting time for nothing, the bad-tempered woman just rolled her eyes and went about her work without saying a word. A bunch of people then left the store with us, loudly making their displeasure heard, but no one seemed to care. We are happy to accept waiting times, but that was foreseeable for a long time and as a customer you don't have to put up with this unfriendly treatment, both in tone, gestures and choice of words. Customer friendliness is not just poor but an absolute disgrace."
