Really nice food . So sad to see wasn’t many customers. I think it’s due to COVID . Staff were nice too . Hotel looks great too. Will come back again .

Generally ok for afternoon tea but there was no one else in the restaurant so it lacked ambience. Also, the service wasn’t great, I won’t go back and would certainly not recommend it.

this was a 50th birthday present for my mother and was well spent definitiw money. the personal was attentive and friendly, the environment was luxurious and the eating itself was nice with a good choice. I would definitely recommend for a special occasion. Speisekarte ansehen

the restaurant is comfortable and beautifully decorated. the afternoon was delicious and the personal was accused of food intolerances, my only disorder was that the teekanne are heavy and they let them think they have more tee than it actually is and I think refill should be offered.

the tee to drink was bad taste tee bag, not from the waiter wanted to pour it before it brewed! eating was ok with little description by the waiting staff. would not visit there again, dear tees available elsewhere. the room was illuminated very bright with fluorescent lights and little atmosphere next to the classic music game. other companies have a piano player, a lower lighting etc.

the afternoon was very good. beautiful fresh sandwiches and delicious cakes. the presentation was a bit dirty, as the sandwiches were just on a teller. the service was disappointing that they did not really deal with us and they seemed to have a limited understanding of what we wanted. the ambiente could also have been improved, so they try some background music. the venue has a lot of potential, but somehow seemed to miss the brand. The restaurant was nice and the chef cooked something nice but the staff was no very professional. I sent an email in advance to say that I was pregnant and to ask if it could be taken into account. I sent a very clear email saying that I could not eat raw fish and raw eggs but the staff proposed me raw salmon straight after I reminded them of my email.. It caused a bit of stress at first but that chef cooked something I could eat in the end.

we enjoyed eating even though they were very small portions. the one waitress was very helpful, but we had eaten our sandwiches before the tee arrived, and did not give any explanation about the content of sandwiches or cake. the website advised that the bentley afternoon tea included a glass prosecco or pimms, but this turned out not to be the case. we could pay an extra £10 for a glass of champagne we rejected. it was okay, but nothing special.

beautiful location, easy to find. the room and the decoration are timeless. slightly disappointed that the tee we ordered was a tee bag and not a loose leaf. I also had a laugh that was nice. we left the only 2 people in the restaurant around 17 o'clock, and the staff prepared the room for dinner, including lighting. Although they said we didn't have to hurry, we felt something in the way. the food was delicious and we didn't starve! beautiful large glass champagne also. Speisekarte ansehen
