OK if your young as service is terrible. Drinks cold and took over 30 minutes to arrive at table. I will not be back

Refuse to accept cash no reason given There are numerous other coffee shops in the vicinity I would suggest trying one of those

Extremely slow service. Totally under-staffed. One guy making “craft” coffee. From entrance to exit 20mins for take-out. Annoying! Speisekarte ansehen

£5 for a Chicken and Tomato Focaccia roll . There were 4 very small pieces of chicken and 2 bits of tomato . Very poor and uninspiring . Coffee was fine .

Been here twice now and had a hot chocolate and both times been half full and barely warm so disappointed in this place as it should be better standard from the price Many thanks

Lovely coffee and great selection of cakes etc too! Very very busy, which is a good sign! But did make service a bit slow. Hard to get a space inside, especially with a pram, so had to sit out. Hot chocolate was fantastic though! Speisekarte ansehen

Service was quick and friendly. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate were all delicious. The cake and bacon rolls were great and there was a really good range. Seats were comfortable with space around so we didn’t feel crowded. Will definitely come again.

This coffee shop has amazing drinks and food. Came here REALLY tipsy after having drinks at the alchemist with friends. Ashley recommended the mocha to sober up quick and Aaron prepared them perfectly. Amazing customer service from both workers. Saved my idiot a from tipsily falling onto the railroad tracks on the way home

Ordered a cappuccino, vanilla latte and hot chocolate. Took 25 minutes to arrive, and two of the items came in paper cups, as apparently they had run out of proper cups. At that point was just glad to be served anything! Might have been better though to have asked if we'd like to wait another couple of minutes for the clean cups. Coffees were pretty good, but service poor. Staff seemed to be trying to look busy but everything was done at a glacial pace, including tables left uncleared the whole time we were there. Will try another shop next time which is a shame as this is due purely to the poor service. Speisekarte ansehen
