"The food was excellent, and the owners are also lovely people. We arrived off season on a Tuesday night, and were the only customers. Nevertheless, the owners were willing to serve us a diverse set of courses, and took great pride and care in their preparation. We enjoyed a fantastic series of tasting menus, including a vegetarian menu. The dishes ranged from very traditional piedmontese to more unique plates based upon seasonal fruits and vegetables. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Note that this is NOT a place to go if you intend to rush through your meal the experience will take at least a couple of hours if you are doing a tasting menu. The desserts are not to be missed both beautifully presented and exquisite. At the end of the meal, we were very content, but discovered we'd gotten a flat tire on the drive to the restaurant. The chef was kind enough to come outside himself to assist as we figured out how to change the rental car tire. What kind people to go this extra step!"

"Ci siamo stati sabato sera ed è stata una magnifica scoperta, la famiglia che lo gestisce è pura passione per ospitalità e ristorazione. Matteo giovane entusiasta spiega e fa appassionare al mondo delle lumache, dall'allevamento al piatto finito.Con mamma in sala e papà in cucina, un incontro inaspettato che ha reso speciale la nostra serata . L'elemento principe è la lumaca, simbolo stesso del ristorante che appunto viene allevata, trasformata,servita come piatto o venduta in barattolo, il ristorante ovviamente propone oltre alle varie preparazioni a base di lumache anche piatti eccezionali della tradizione piemontese. Per i conoscitori e per chi vuole approcciarsi a questo mondo tutto da scoprire per la prima volta (come noi) non c'è posto migliore. Torneremo sicuramente."

"together with friends I was looking for a restaurant in the lakes near the place where I stayed. we decided for the restaurant after seeing the reviews, almost all very positive. we were not disappointed and the place was even higher than expectations. the restaurant is quite new, well furnished and is managed by husband and wife, both very kind and available. as two of us do not consume meat, we warned before and prepared vegetarian alternatives. the carnivorous has remained more than satisfied by cutters to the ragù and by snails as second. excellent desserts, prepared with great care by the lady. Well, wine. the account was appropriate to our expectations."

"We were in 2 at lunch and wanted to take a traditional menu and an autumn menu. .at the time of the order they told us that it was not possible because we had to take the same...mah Excellent dishes until the hare...I feel I know something for several reasons that I do not want to annoy you...the dish not consumed have provided to replace it with another. At the time of the account they told me that unfortunately it was a mistake in the contour sauce... huge mistake because the sauce was fine but it was the 'breaking and the resulting unfair frying and therefore the meat was, burned by freezer so much to make you understand To the question what we liked about our answer they told us that it was the only dish they bought in gastronomy.., to emphasize that we didn't understand anything cooking) I can understand want to be witty but it is good in a tavern. "Ho mangiato qui per pranzo e devo dire che il cibo è stato tutto piuttosto buono dall'antipasto al dolce ma ho trovato il servizio, purtroppo, decisamente scarso. Totale mancanza di capacità nel servire il vino notato già dalle difficoltà incontrate, da parte della ragazza nello stappare la bottiglia, magari senza le unghie finte sarebbe stato più agevole. La cosa però, veramente non giustificabile, è stata quella che dopo aver fatto assaggiare ha pensato di lasciare lì la bottiglia e andarsene senza servire le altre persone presenti al tavolo, insomma neanche le basi. Per non parlare del servizio dei piatti che in un tavolo con tre persone non si può servire un piatto e aspettare gli altri due 5 minuti, bisogna servire tutti quasi nello stesso momento o comunque non con così tanta attesa l'uno dall'altro. Ovviamente nessun gesto di cortesia se andava tutto bene oppure no, neanche al momento del pagamento e dei saluti. Peccato, avrebbe potuto essere un ottimo pranzo ma con un servizio così scadente l'obiettivo è stato mancato totalmente"
