"that used to be my place for everything, but not anymore. the waiters were in order, the food was in order (not to fry), the restaurant was quite loud. the manager sat in the corner with two very questionable looking women with a meal. he was pretty loud, and the weibs were also quite abrasive. the manager has no managerial ability, he is all mouthful. quite shocking that all employees wore a face mask, with taking off from him. really disgusting. he spoke to the staff as if they were bleeding. he should really invest in a suit, as the suit he wore looks like he came out of a grump. who hired him should be ashamed of himself. he's really classless. pity that the cafe concerto (in the corner of the old bond street) has closed."

Excellent hot chocolate, cakes and everything else we ate. Wasn't cheap but worth it. Excellent service, special mention for Kahled who was very helpful and accommodating.

we had no good experience at all. the personal was not aware of our booking. the quality and quantity of food did not reflect the cost. the glass champagner was not offered. it was a bad experience.

Small but nice place, nice ambience and food. The food maybe slightly on the pricier side but for a venue smack in the middle of Central London and given that the taste is great, I am more than happy to be a regular here.

very nice place, a little dated inside, but good service. Honey vanilla latte, chicken avocado bloomer and grilled chicken ciabatta were all excellent for a fast lunch before a show. we also liked how the server packed our takeaway parts very attentively! good location too.

caffe concerto, it is a nice choice for breakfast and brunch. my family and I came for dessert and coffee. I liked these industries more than those in knightsbridge. the manager was so nice and funny. I really enjoyed my time. it is so good and the outside seating area is very good. although it was very cold
