"Food was good, decent portion of English breakfast, American pancakes and salmon avocano toast. But one staff which believe was team leader or manager was unacceptable. For place like this and hospitality he seems doesn't know how to lead a team. A lady waiter misread the order for coffee or tea and he was very rude to her front of everyone who was sitting inside. Second he had two full glasses of freshly squeezed orange juice behind the bar again while guests watching him. And not to mention he didn't mention or apologise that we had to wait 40 min for our order. The gentleman behind the bar with beard who seemed to be a barman he was very nice and polite once he saw i was looking for someone to ask to clean coffee from my chair so i can sit he run to wipe out himself. But again for the team leader or manager you should change your attitude towards stuff and guests or find yourself another job."

good location. rigatoni siciliana pasta and chicken breast, which were decent. very reasonable and also, our bill came up to about 30 £ without drinks.

Pure indulgence at Caffe concerto. Good selection of cakes and pastries. A bit pricey, expect to pay nearly £15 for a coffee and cake. Quite busy and popular given the location on Regent Street.

Small but nice place, nice ambience and food. The food maybe slightly on the pricier side but for a venue smack in the middle of Central London and given that the taste is great, I am more than happy to be a regular here.

Excellent food and service by the Italian lady and Fathy. We were randomly walking and found this place by chance as we were walking to covent garden from our hotel and definitely didn’t regret it. We loved it. Nothing went wrong.

caffe concerto, it is a nice choice for breakfast and brunch. my family and I came for dessert and coffee. I liked these industries more than those in knightsbridge. the manager was so nice and funny. I really enjoyed my time. it is so good and the outside seating area is very good. although it was very cold

the specialty of this restaurant are the cakes to eat at the local or to take. they even accept orders for weddings. they started in 1996 with that subtractor and now have another 6 every time I go to londres I stop to eat cake or take it that is cheaper. Each piece of cake costs between 2 and 3 pounds, and also have teas, juices and coffees to accompany.

I usually go here during lunch time, as it's close to my office and the service is quick. It's also a good place to take colleagues who are onsite in London. This Caffe Concerto is busy everyday but not as much as the other CC which is just 5 minutes away, towards Green Park station. This one also accepts the tastecard (50% off on the bill) while the other doesn't. I love the Penne Concerto which can get little heavy but is actually served in about right portion for one person. Order a glass of their house wine and your meal is complete. Caffe Concerto is known for their delicious pastries, so skipping one is not really a good decision.
