Fantastic location and ambiance. Top notch service, super friendly and very tasty pastry, scones, tea and more. We can for sure recommend it to anyone!

The customer service and the service are good. The food is kept the standard. But the tableware is old. All the patterns on the cups and plates are fade out.

Lovely afternoon tea and ambience. Not hurried at all and allowed to sit and take our time. The hotel even provided a special birthday sweet treat for birthday girl which was a nice touch.

Outstanding service from beginning to the end. Staff was extremely attentive and the food was exceptional. My favorite was the scones with clotted crème and fruit jam. Recommend the champagne addition. Dress up as this top-notch afternoon tea!

If you are expecting a festive Christmas tea experience, this is not it. The hotel is in serious need of an update and feels dingy and old. There is no festive anything. it is a regular afternoon tea. But I will say this: their marketing dept is good....They made it sound online like this magical experience.

1. They were first unable to find our reservation 2. The food was very mediocre for the price paid ie. That of top tier hotel tea service. 3. Service was terrible. They did not deduct the deposit as part of the bill, and subsequently charged for the same deposit by mistake instead of refunding it. I have been double charged.

I was in many restaurants for tee, but that was by far my best experience. the hotel was easy to find and the facility was nice. the personal was super friendly and attentive. we gave a nice table in an alcove and although we were too late, we were allowed to stay for the time that was assigned to us. eating was amazing and very different from what I had before, which was a beautiful surprise. it was worth definitiw for money. we will return next year definitiw. many thanks for starting my Christmas celebration on the right foot. I will also recommend them to my friends and family.
