"This was for my daughter's birthday. The service was amazing all thanks to TIMEA. She really went out of her way to make sure that our experience was special and thats how we felt Special. 2 of the party just wanted normal bread for the sandwiches as we didn't like the Artisan Bread on offer and TIMEA made sure this was taken care of with no fuss at all. She also came up to our table to tell us her shift was finished and she said Goodbye to each and everyone of us. The food was amazing nice atmosphere I also asked as it was my daughter's birthday could they do something a bit special and they bought her a slice of cake on a board with HAPPY BIRTHDAY written in chocolate. All 4 of us had a fantastic time and we would definately go back. Overall an amazing experience. Only one negative point was they had someone playing a guitar and singing could really do WITHOUT that."

The restaurant offers a lovely setting for afternoon tea with a view of the river. The food was freshly prepared and delightful, and the staff was attentive. They kept our prosecco glasses filled without needing to be asked. The only downside is that the walk from the tube station to the restaurant can be a bit challenging; it's not the easiest place to locate, so be sure to give yourself an extra 10-15 minutes to find it.

We arrived promptly for our reservation, only to be informed that the restaurant had no record of our booking. I presented the email confirmation, but they claimed it had not been received, despite being made months in advance. The food was enjoyable, but I was surprised by the service charge added to the bill. This unexpected charge, along with the cost of water, added an additional £30 to our total, resulting in a bill of £180 for five people. Keep this in mind if you choose to dine here.
